Technical data
The technical data is divided into the ABS version, which is available with three different switch types and in two colors, and the PBT version, which is only available with yellow gaterons and white keycaps. The technical data of the barebone version corresponds to the other two versions, but logically it comes to the customer without switches and keycaps and costs €59.90.
Features
The description of the features was taken from the manufacturer. Some features are version-dependent (keycaps, switches) and reserved for the corresponding models.
Pre-installed Gateron switches (ABS version only)
The SKILLER SGK50 S3 comes with a selection of pre-installed Gateron switches: For gaming, there is a choice of the popular red or the crisp yellow switches with linear characteristics and an imperceptible switching point. For a mixture of gaming and working, on the other hand, the tactile brown switches with an inaudible but perceptible switching point are ideal. Double-layer silicone damping and pre-greased stabilizers also ensure the best possible sound for all switches installed.

Gateron G Pro Yellow V3 with PBT keycaps (PBT version only)
The SKILLER SGK50 S3 PBT comes with the latest generation of reactive, linear switches, the Gateron G Pro V3 Yellow, especially for immersive gaming. Double-layer silicone damping and pre-greased stabilizers also ensure the best possible sound for all the switches installed. However, a special, eponymous highlight can be found in the grease-resistant PBT keycaps with lettering using the particularly durable dye-sub manufacturing process.

Sophisticated layout
With a size of 75 percent, the SKILLER SGK50 S3 achieves the same functionality of a three-block keyboard with minimized space consumption thanks to a well thought-out arrangement of the 84 or 85 keys. In addition to the usual key functions, there is also an additional Sharkoon key on board that can be used to call up the web browser. The strong appearance is rounded off by a detachable spiral cable with USB-C and USB-A connection, which is typical of the series and has been further optimized for a perfect look at all times.

Customizable typing experience
There are no limits to creativity and variety with the SKILLER SGK50 S3, because the pre-installed switches can be swapped for all alternatives with 3 and 5 pins at any time for a completely individual typing feel. We supply all the tools you need to have as much fun as possible redesigning and building.

Functionality without limits
The SKILLER SGK50 S3 allows a wide range of functions without the need for disruptive software, including macro programming. Two macros, each with up to 16 actions, can be set up and overwritten using key combinations. The SKILLER SGK50 S3 is also compatible with the open source software QMK and VIA, which can be used to program the keyboard down to the Sharkoon key according to your own requirements.

Lighting at the touch of a button
Like the other functions, the keyboard lighting can also be adjusted in just a few simple steps. Various single and multi-colored lighting effects in different variations are available for this purpose. A built-in polycarbonate positioning plate not only ensures that the switches sound better, but also that the lighting is evenly distributed.
