Gaming GPUs Hardware Reviews

Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 FE in review – does this card set new standards in the middle class?

The GeForce RTX 2060 might well be a good way to change negative opinions about the P/L ratio of Turing cards. With the EIA, it is even lower than the starting price of the GeForce GTX 1070 at that time and yet it is faster than a GTX 1070 Ti. It is more likely to reach the GeForce GTX 1080. We have already been able to test this map in large parts, you can read the report here...

Far Cry 5 (DX11)

Patch 1.11, released late last year, added an HD texture option to Far Cry 5 and it's now the first time we've set the "On" switch here. Therefore, the results are no longer directly comparable with older measurements, but we will see if and how the elimination of two memory modules is noticeable (or not).

Full HD 1920 x 1080 pixels

At 1920 x 1080 pixels, the geForce GTX 1070 Ti, Radeon RX Vega 56, and GeForce RTX 2060 results are essentially the same anyway, averaging more than 100 FPS with similar 99th percentile image rates. The RX Vega56 has experienced a truly remarkable increase.

WQHD 2560 x 1440 pixels

The switch to WQHD distinguishes these three graphics cards only slightly, but now it is the GeForce RTX 2060, which is at the top with a 3% better performance than the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti. With a 99. The tu106-based map delivers more than just playable results at 2560 x1440. Again, the RX Vega56 can keep up surprisingly well.
