The promoted team needs a bit more

The up-and-comer may already have extended experience in dealing with SBCs, the operating systems and is not afraid of extended adjustments in the system. Increasingly important for him is also the performance, because Playstation 1 is his favorite console and he would like to emulate it at least with original resolution.

Important Note: In order for the ODROID N2+ to boot from the SD card and not the internal memory, a slide switch on the PCB must be flipped. The user manual will help you here. At this point, I would choose Batocera as the OS, as it offers good compatibility with all sorts of wireless controllers, as well as running very well on the ODROID N2+’s hardware. Depending on the game, you can even emulate Playstation 2 and Gamecube there.

For advanced tastes, many of Batocera’s tweaks can be accessed and edited via the native file browser.
