Maono Link Software
Maono’s configuration program is pleasingly slim with an installation size of less than 65MB, and it doesn’t run on in the background somehow. You make the desired settings and exit the program, done. Without RGB and telemetry, such programs are quite useful.
The program itself is also kept clear and simple. The home screen displays the connected devices
The settings of the main program are also within limits; actually, you can only check for software updates and change the language.
The configuration of the microphone can be done via the standard or advanced menu, as with many motherboards. The standard menu is limited to simple functions for inexperienced users.
While the Advanced menu also includes settings for Limiter and Compressor, which can be used, for example, to prevent “ear bleeding” in the audience if you accidentally cough into the microphone or let out a scream while gaming.
Furthermore, it is possible to update the firmware of the device or to reset it to the factory settings.
Overall, the slim software makes a good impression and covers all configuration options of the device. Again, it should be noted that the use of the software and the setting options are only possible when connecting via USB.
