Cinebench R23 and temperatures
Ok, at this point you shouldn’t expect a thousand and one tests. The system runs with a TDP of 150 watts in the short term and in the long term I have a 100 watt lock in the bios. You’ll see why in a moment!
Short run to warm up. The small Intel Core i5-11400 can really step on the gas when you give it 150 watts. Both multi and single core scores look acceptable!
If you let the CPU work properly for 30 minutes with the TDP limits, then the small Alpenföhn cooler – on the Intel Core i5 of the 11th generation – manages to work well. The CPU reaches the 100 °C mark after just a few minutes!
After 30 minutes we still see 100 °C and the fans continue to play the symphony of destruction! If you load the system with this small cooler in such a way, you can hear it clearly with over 50 dB (A). It’s fortunate that the PC is unlikely to experience such stresses.
Back to Idle! As you can see, the temperatures now look quite normal and the system is barely noticeable at just over 30 dB (A).
