Prime95 v307b9 – Smallest FFTs
Normally I use the “Small FFTs” option here, but it has been grayed out (probably due to missing CPU features).
After a few minutes, I could briefly see 97°C CPU package temperature, then the system shut down by itself. The cooling can only handle maximum CPU load for a certain period of time, then it ends abruptly. Whereby it has to be mentioned here that a synthetic load like this power virus scenario of Prime95 will hardly occur in normal operation. Likewise, very high, rather realistic load from rendering by Blender did not run through either, but there the small heat sink could hold out for several hours.

The actual maximum temperature of the CPU is 85°C, that of the APU 80°C without delta to the room temperature.

I determine the sound level with a Voltcraft SL-200 meter at a distance of 40cm, which operates in 125ms cycles in Lo mode, for breakdown an external sample table helps.

Even in a quiet room, the system is hardly noticeable, especially due to the surprisingly low noise characteristic from the small fan.
