Benchmark CPU, SSD & Cache
The Q1L variant I received is the stronger of the two available models with an Intel Pentium N4200 and 4GB LPDDR4 clocked at 2400Mhz. Below is the complete overview:
My sample was delivered with an old Windows 10 1909 and some test programs preinstalled, apparently a test model from development. However, all tests were performed after a complete reinstallation with the most up-to-date Windows 10 Pro version 21H1 (build 19044.1526) at that time.

Unfortunately, this benchmark breaks after a while, apparently there is a problem with OpenGL. I therefore performed the “Express” test instead, which does without this feature.

Unfortunately, this benchmark also crashes at some point and the system restarts. Considering the fact that the rendering process takes several hours, such a result will hardly be relevant realistically anyway. A Pentium CPU is simply too slow for such a workload.

As you can see, the memory cannot be read out by a SMART program, but at least we can test the speed.

Here there is at least a hint via the drive name, so it is storage from Biwin. More precisely, BIWIN eMMC qNAND, whose specified speed can also be achieved depending on the test.
finalwire Aida64 – version 6.50.5800
I think these tests give us a good idea of what can be expected from such a small chip with a TDP of 6 watts – and what cannot.
