Today I would like to give you some more information about what has been delayed for a while, the reasons are well known. At NVIDIA’s headquarters in Taipei, I had the opportunity to check out a few delicacies outside the current mainstream. It’s always interesting to see something like that, so I’m willing to take a longer cab ride across half the city. The videos are, as always, absolutely self-explanatory, so I don’t have to torture my eyes with verbal filler.
I also had a long chat with Ben Berraondo (NVIDIA Director of Global PR, GeForce) and the new “GeForce Evangelist” Jacob Freeman (Formerly EVGA). Since I am a polite person and follow the usual rules, there is of course nothing public from such meetings in picture and sound. But it’s always good to know that you’re still in business, even for you. The other part of the visit you can now consume visually, enjoy!
Let’s start with NVIDIA’s Grace (this thing is really something big, you really have to see it once) and let us lead us to Hopper & Co…
DLSS 3.0 and Frame Generation as accelerators in games? Cold coffee. But when it comes to smooth realtime previews in rendering programs, that’s really something. Yes, you can definitely find this really nice.
And finally there is some GeForce for the statistics. Well, of course you first have to own such monitors. Need or not need, but feasible is also an argument.
With this I would have given you the rest of the remaining videos, if some of you haven’t already found them in the YouTube channel. I think, with such a format is also such a fair rather done justice, because still images are much too emotionless and lifeless. I think I’ll keep it that way in the future, even if you feel rather silly with a gimbal and iPhone. And for tomorrow I can already antease a launch article, while I’m slowly torturing myself through all the accumulated parcels.
Well, and of course there’s the visit to PowerColor. I’ve already pre-sorted the raw material and only have to cut something. When my eyes are working again, I’ll post this as well.
