Free Wi-Fi access? The building is obviously connected from head to toe with fiber optics, ergo there is a fiber optic connection for each apartment and an additional one for the computer infrastructure of Qarnot.
Each radiator also has a semi-public Wi-Fi access point managed by Qarnot. The speed is limited and access remains rudimentary, as for example at a public airport, but it is also free of charge!
