After that, it was like baking pretzels. Already in 2019, the next generation came in 7nm node and at the same time the chiplet design with up to 16 real CPU cores. Intel is still stuck at 10 on the desktop today. This also ends the excursion, because the 5xxx were still indispensable in the test at the time of the scans.
