Summary and conclusion
At the time of publication, this Mini PC is the most powerful we have ever tested here. It’s always impressive how much power can now be packed into such a small space. Here is the big overall comparison:
Kampf der Zwerge: Mini-PC Benchmark im Vergleich und Übersicht aller bisher getesteten Modelle
And theoretically, a slightly higher score would have been possible. By turning the power button, three different modes are available: Silent, Auto and Performance. I carried out all my tests in “Auto”.
But here is a comparison using Timespy as an example. The effect is primarily seen in the CPU’s power target and the resulting clock rate.
The AM08 Pro is currently offered as a barebone for a very fair €499. You still have to buy your own RAM and SSD, which I personally prefer. This allows you to customize the equipment according to your own needs. All in all, a really convincing overall package.
