Unboxing Part 2
Let’s continue with the main chamber of the case. This is concealed behind a 4 mm thick glass plate.
The base is equipped with a dust filter that can be pulled out to the side:
Plastic feet ensure a generous distance from the floor so that enough fresh air can be drawn in from below.
There is also a support plate on the base for convenient mounting of fans or radiators outside the case. Of course, we then use this as a support for the case fans to be installed.
As with the CTE 750, the “front I/O” is also located on the lid and leaves nothing to be desired.
No tangled cables, no push pins – the cover can simply be pulled off, leaving the front I/O on the frame.
Probably the only solution to ensure a certain longevity here, as the cover has to be removed every time a cable (“rear”) has to be connected to the PC with the CTE design.
Finally, let’s talk about the contents of the accessory box, because here we don’t just find the usual bag with fastening material and some cable ties.
The E600 MX comes with a whole set of components that enable a total of three different installation options for the graphics card. These are of course also shown in the “build diary”.
The specially shaped and very long PCIE riser cable is also included as standard with this housing.
