Overclocking
With 1950 MHz in heated state and fan speeds around 3000 rpm (100%) at approx. 79°C this card is still quite good with it, but now needs the maximum possible power limit of 380 watts (126%) in order to be able to swim with force at the top somehow. I will come back to the consequences right from the point of view of power consumption. In return, however, it is also the only viable way to keep this card alive despite rather weak cooling.
The memory also clocks a little higher from the factory, with another 150 MHz still loosein, also thermal. As nice as the 1-click tool may be, you can still achieve the slightly better overclocking values in the end.
Benchmark results in WQHD (2560 x 1440 pixels)
We can see that the difference to the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Founders Edition in the warmed-up state is between 0 and -1.5 percent, so almost in the range of possible measurement inaccuracies! If, on the other hand, this card is overclocked up to the pain limit, it is now up to 7 percent more performance with up to a maximum of 18% more clock, which is then added. It's also getting louder. But because it was always desired to put the OC results in the charts. of course I did this time too:
