Geekom AS 5 Mini-PC in review – small latecomer with a very interesting design

Today’s dish of the day: Last-Gen grapes with lots of seeds and a multi-layered PCB sandwich to go with it. Would you like some rebranded dessert to go with it? Find out in the following test report whether you’ll spoil your stomach with it or if you can still satisfy your hunger for performance. Oh, by the way, we already had a system from Geekom in the test:

GEEKOM IT8 Mini-PC Review – A turbulent history and hidden features

Packaging and scope of delivery

A black box with light blue accents encloses our mini-PC, and the cooperation with Asus is already announced on the front alongside the first specifications. More about that later.

Inside, more protective cardboard box awaits us, the system itself is additionally wrapped in a cushioning foil.

The accessories turn out quite usual, besides a VESA or wall mount and the corresponding screws, an HDMI cable and power supply are also included.

It comes from Delta and is the ADP-120VH D model, which supplies 20V at 6 amps. So, a maximum of up to 120 watts of ouput is possible.

Specifications

The following is an overview of the technical details, further information can be found as usual on the manufacturer’s product page, either for Germany or internationally.

Hi Tim,
