Processing and mobility
Compared to the Corsair Flex, the LG 45GR95QE scores with more flexibility. You can tilt, swivel and adjust the height of the panel. What you can’t do? Straightening the panel, you can try, but only once. I would love to read the RMA statement after trying it. “I thought this one was flex too” LOL!
Connectors, cables and accessories
The connections are identical to the little brother (LG 27GR95QE). Besides 2x HDMI 2.1 (48 Gbit/s), there’s a DP 1.4 with DSC as well as 1x Toslink and 3.5 mm jack. You also basically need the remote control for the monitor.
OSD
On the subject of the OSD, I can only say that anyone who hasn’t read the article on the LG 27GR95QE should do so now. Because the OSD is 1:1 the same. You have limited access with the on/off switch. Without the remote control, you’re basically stuck. Unless you get the OSD software OnScreen Control.
LG Calibration Studio Software in test – Hardware calibration – less delta or more error?
All other features like OLED Care and LG Calibration Studio apply here – as they do on the LG 27GR95QE – to the same extent. So I don’t need to repeat the obvious again.
