Colorful was the first to submit a factory overclocked RTX 4070 non-Ti graphics card to the GPU-Z validation database, which is presumably the source for this information. This could mean that the card is already running in the labs and is now being tested with non-standard clocks.
Allegedly, the RTX 4070 has a base clock of 1920 MHz and a boost clock of 2475 MHz. Compared to the RTX 4070 Ti, this is 135 MHz less boost and 390 MHz less base. Presumably, Colorful’s RTX 4070 iGame Ultra White OC is supposed to have a boost clock of 2505 MHz, which corresponds to a factory overclock of 30 MHz.

first AIB to finish a 4070 is Colorful with their Ultra W OC line, boost of 2505 MHz

Matthew also comments on the recent TITAN ADA rumors. While the existence of this card is now confirmed, no one knows when and if NVIDIA will actually launch it. On the other hand, the new TITAN has already shown up in the validation database, with clock speeds of 2235 MHz and 2520 MHz for Base and Boost, respectively (the same clock speeds as the RTX 4090). It also confirms that this model has 48 GB of GDDR6X memory. According to reports, the non-Ti RTX 4070 graphics card will go into mass production in February, with the RTX 4060 Ti likely to follow later. NVIDIA has not yet confirmed when either card will launch, but both the Ada AD104 and AD106 GPUs are already on the market or will be soon (the mid-range RTX 40 mobile series launches on February 22).
