We changed the ingredients slightly, but the taste could still be seen and tasted.

Ingredients:
• Allgäuer Scheibletten
• Dry Prosecco
• Salt and pepper
• Garlic granules

Final seasoning:
• Worcester sauce
• Lemon splash (optional)

Benchmark process and preparation

We test this pass with a Geforce GTX 590 and the Radeon HD 6990 in normal and overclocked condition. The reference value is a ceramic hob (Ikea, Zanussi). The target time is reached when a closed skin has developed over the cheese-prosecco mass.
