The settings represented in the benchmarks explained shortly before. Undervolting here corresponds to a fixed clock and voltage, each about 800 mv with clock rates slightly below 1.8 GHz.

The OC values are overclockings suitable for everyday use which can be achieved quite simply by normal offset on memory and clock. The offset here is between 120-150 MHz.

High-OC is only feasible with extreme custom designs or with water cooling. With normal cooling this is otherwise not stable. Here I used a manual Table OC, a lot of work and hard to get stable.
