The last time we tested a MasterAir air cooler, it was already of considerable dimensions and offered quite a bit of cooling performance. And now, just over 2 years later, there is a successor that is supposed to offer even more? Let’s take a closer look at Cooler Master’s new flagship! If you would like to read the first review in advance, you can find the predecessor here:

Packaging and scope of delivery
A big cooler needs a big box, that’s for sure. The black-purple box is kept in the usual design of this manufacturer and proudly presents the contents on the front.
The back and the sides already show the first details of the content, but they will be shown here later in table form.
Due to the high weight, the MA824 must be well protected during transport in any case, Cooler Master has decided to wrap it in foam here. From above, the cardboard box with the accessories also offers some protection.
This turns out relatively normal, the various mounting materials for the various sockets, fan clamps and a 4-pin PWM splitter are included.
Mounting and installation
Depending on the socket, the appropriate frame is mounted on the socket with spacers. Thanks to the two long screws, which are carried out to the top cover, then only the cooler itself must be screwed tight.
Specifications
Below are the technical details from the press material, more information on the product page by the manufacturer.
