If you’re looking for a case to build your PC, you’re literally overwhelmed by offers. You could spend days researching, only to still not really know in the end: does the case fit in the end, or not? At the beginning there is always the question about the form factor: ATX, mATX or maybe mini ITX? The next question is: RGB optics yes or no – i.e. glass windows? Whereby you can also create a nice open look without RGB. Are you guys also concerned with a standard ATX case? The Sharkoon M30 with and without aRGB is quite a worthwhile offer, which we will take a closer look at today.
The packaging is typical for Sharkoon and ensures safe transportation. So that even the tempered glass does not arrive at your home as confetti. Judging by the deformation you can see on the packaging, I wasn’t quite sure if the glass was still intact. If you uncover the case, you will basically see a normal ATX case.
For today’s review, Sharkoon provided me with the RGB variant, although I’m also looking at the whole thing vicariously for the non-illuminated variant. The only difference in the end is that you don’t get a glass pane and aRGB HUB. The non-RGB version also costs a bit less.
Not a total loss! You currently pay 69 Euros for the Sharkoon M30 and the aRGB variant costs about 77 Euros. In both cases, Sharkoon installs one fan in the front and one in the rear. You get USB-C, 2x USB-A 3.0 and audio on the front panel. All other information can be found here: Click!
