AMD Ryzen 7 5700G, Ryzen 5 5600G and Ryzen 3 5400G leaked – Cezanne APUs with closer specifications and first benchmarks

Meanwhile, more and more specifications for AMD’s Ryzen 5000G Cezanne ‘Zen 3’ desktop APUs have also leaked out and a total of three upcoming models seem to be confirmed in the process. The AMD Ryzen 5000G family will be the direct replacement for the Zen 2.based Ryzen 4000G Renoir family, which was introduced last year for the OEM segment as a Pro-only variant.

The new Cezanne desktop APUs will feature the latest Zen 3 cores that have already made their debut in the Ryzen Mainstream, Ryzen Mobility and EPYC server platforms. The new family is said to consist of three processors, including the Ryzen 7 5700G, Ryzen 5 5600G and Ryzen 3 5400G.

The AMD Ryzen 7 5700G is supposed to be the flagship in the lineup and equipped with 8 cores or 16 threads. The clock rates are specified with 3.8 GHz base and 4.6 GHz boost. The CPU has a total of 16 MB of L3 and 4 MB of L2 cache and the TDP is specified at 65 W. The APU will also have an integrated Vega GPU with 8 CUs (512 stream processors) running at a clock speed of around 2.1 GHz. The CPU is expected to retail at around $350 to $400. Chiphell even had some benchmarks of the APU online already:

The AMD Ryzen 5 5600G will be the 6-core (12 threads) offering within the lineup. The APU is said to come with a base clock speed of 3.9 GHz and a boost clock speed of 4.4 GHz. The CPU is also said to get 16 MB of L3 cache and 3 MB of L2 cache. The exact Vega iGPU configuration for the Ryzen 5 5600G is currently unknown, but the TDP is also likely to be 65W.

The last thing mentioned is the AMD Ryzen 3 5300G, which will be a standard 4-core, 8-threaded APU. The chip is said to offer a base clock of 4.0 GHz and a boost clock of 4.2 GHz. The APU is said to be equipped with 8 MB of L3 cache and 2 MB of L2 cache. The Vega iGPU configuration is also unknown for this chip, while the TDP is expected to be 65W. It’s safe to assume that the Ryzen 5 5600G will retail at around $250, while the Ryzen 3 5300G could be in the $150 price range
