The big advantage
AMD has a decisive advantage with ReLive that other free solutions, such as OBS, do not have. The recorded content is recorded directly on the map. There is no delay in the data collected. No grinding during the processing of the material. Likewise, by directly anchoring it into the driver, the highest possible stability is provided. The setup is therefore much less error-prone. Similarly, IN direct comparison with Nvidia's ShadowPlay solution, AMD uses other algorithms that use the system less, resulting in more FPS in the game.
ReLive is part of the AMD Radeon software "AdrenalinE Edition" and can be downloaded and used for free. The prerequisite for this is a graphics card with AMD GPU. We used the Sapphire RX Vega64 Nitro+ for our test system, which thanks to 8GB of fast HBM2 can represent games in 4K at a constant 60 FPS.
