Measurement of water and air temperature
What I find as additional information is the water and, above all, the air temperature in the closed structure. Although these are not values that directly refer to the tested hardware, they can explain the later readings and are therefore an important addition.
While I measure the water temperature in the passage of the warmed water to the radioator ("worst case" and safety measurement), the air temperature is measured at the warmest point of the closed system. Thanks to the slats, the prepared aluminium body has a larger surface area and can therefore adapt more quickly to the internal temperature of the air. I pressed and fixed a sensor into the ground so that there is direct contact.
The reading takes place at the front of the system via two digital displays, which are still working with sufficient precision for these purposes (see picture below the table). The values to be read there can now be quite easily related, which we can illustrate with the example of a gigabyte GTX 1070 G1 Gaming. The corresponding images of the thermal imaging camera are then seen further down.
