At an event in China, the MSI Wuhan Station Dragon Shield Technology Salon 2024, the company MSI presented its MAG PANO 100L PZ PLUS case, which is already celebrating its release this month, as IThome reports.
The case should therefore have a lot to offer. The MAG PANO M100R/L was released last year and the new housing is now said to be much larger, which is also indicated by the plus. If you ask yourself, what does the PZ stand for? The PZ stands for Project Zero and this abbreviation is used for enclosures that support back-plugging. In terms of color, the standard colors are white or black. MSI sticks to the same format and thus remains true to itself. A beveled glass design with a 270 degree panoramic view. It has a two-chamber design and the graphics card can be installed either horizontally or vertically. So the choice is yours. You can also achieve a lot in terms of cooling, as you can equip a total of 10 fans. Two fan sizes are used here. One 160 mm or 120 mm fan.
Of course, those who rely on water cooling should also be able to benefit. It is possible to install a 360 radiator, regardless of whether the graphics card is installed in the horizontal or vertical position. There will be no restrictions here.
The interesting thing about the new case is that in addition to rear-mounted ATX motherboards, it also supports 278mm E-ATX motherboards. Support for this is unusual in most cases and is not supported as standard. These format specifications will also be included in the future Godlike motherboards from MSI.
As already mentioned, the new cases will be released next month. An exact date has yet to be announced. MSI has also not yet commented on the price.
