ASUS ROG Strix: Gaming monitors with smartphone function

ASUS is expanding its ROG Strix series with two new gaming monitors, reports TweakTown: the XG27UCS and the XG27ACS. Both models offer innovative features designed to enhance the gaming experience, including an integrated smartphone holder and a compact stand design for a minimal footprint.

Revolutionary stand design with smartphone holder:

The stand of the new ROG Strix monitors has an integrated holder that holds smartphones securely and stably in position. This allows gamers to conveniently take calls, read messages or watch videos while gaming without having to take their eyes off the monitor.

Impressive picture quality and performance:

The XG27UCS offers a 4K UHD resolution (3840 x 2160) and a refresh rate of 160 Hz, while the XG27ACS scores with a WQHD resolution (2560 x 1440) and a refresh rate of 180 Hz. Both models have a response time of 1 ms (GtG), are NVIDIA G-Sync compatible and offer a wide DCI-P3 color gamut. The DisplayHDR 400 certification also guarantees high image quality with rich colors and deep contrasts.

Extensive connectivity:

The new ROG Strix monitors offer a wide range of connectivity options, including 1x HDMI (v2.0), 1x DisplayPort (v1.4), 1x USB Type-C (DP Alt mode) and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

Prices and availability:

The XG27ACS is already available from approx. 250 EURO. The XG27UCS will soon be on the market at a price of approx. 415 EURO.
