AMD has not technically confirmed a Radeon RX 6300 desktop card, even for OEMs, as is usually the case with these low-cost entry-level desktop cards. However, a card with this name was just spotted on the Chinese Goofish platform, which is more known as a popular secondhand market and source of many technical samples.
Hardware experts have managed to find out the basic specs of this model, although there is no official information. The model not only has the same GPU frequency as the laptop model RX 6300M, but also comes with the same memory specifications of 2 GB 32-bit bus. What might be interesting is that this model has a faster 2000 MHz (16 Gbps) memory compared to the RX 6400 Desktop (14 Gbps), but due to the limited bus, the memory bandwidth is only 64 GB/s.
The desktop and mobile variants only differ in GPU performance. The RX 6300 for the desktop is rated at 32 W, while the mobile version has GPU power up to 25 W. The desktop card is also equipped with a pair of DisplayPort ports. According to the listing, this card is now offered for 399 RMB, which is the equivalent of 55.90 Euros. However, it is unlikely that this is an official price for this model. This listing on Goofish could simply be an example of someone selling an OEM card without the system.
