MSI and Gigabyte give a first look at the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER, 4070 Ti SUPER and 4070 SUPER Custom models (LEAK)

It is still unclear whether there will be a Founders Edition model for each of the three NVIDIA RTX 40 SUPER graphics cards. What can be confirmed, however, is that the board partners (AIC) are already working on developing their individual designs to be showcased on these GPUs. As expected, each AIC will offer a diverse selection of cards for buyers, including three-fan and two-fan options.

Certain custom models have already been listed by retailers, while others are listed on the EEC and you can get an idea of how many variants to expect when these cards hit the shelves next month. Gigabyte has categorized the lineup into AORUS Master, AERO, Gaming, Eagle, Windforce 3X and Windforce 2X models. Below is the full list of cards to expect from the AIB.

Gigabyte is preparing at least 10 customized graphics cards with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER 16 GB. All cards will include triple-fan cooling in AORUS Master (OC), AERO, Gaming, Eagle and Windforce variants.

Gigabyte will offer at least 11 models for the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16 GB graphics card. These are also similar models to the RTX 4080 SUPER with triple-fan designs across the entire range, but there is an additional ICE variant that could have a white design.

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER 12 GB graphics cards offer the most extensive individual designs with a total of 16 models. In addition to the triple-fan designs, the 4070 SUPER will also be available with dual-fan Windforce coolers, which is a great addition and perfect for compact PC builds.

Finally, the Gigabyte list also refers to the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 6 GB model, which is available in standard and low-profile designs.

The MSI graphics card portfolio leaks once again cover all three NVIDIA RTX 40 SUPER cards, based on entries from retailers. The manufacturer is preparing the cards in the SUPRIM, Gaming and Ventus versions. For the top models of the RTX 4080 SUPER, we can expect the SUPRIM X, Gaming X and Ventus 3X variants. An interesting new feature is that all Gaming X designs in the SUPER series will switch to the recently introduced “SLIM” variant, which offers a compact cooling design and is also available in white colors.

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER is the only graphics card listed with a SUPRIM X and Ventus 3X variant from MSI, while the 4070 Ti SUPER & 4070 SUPER are available in Gaming X & Ventus 2X versions.

Retailers have also listed prices, although these are based on provisional placeholders and are not really meaningful as they can change very quickly once final RRP’s are announced. The GeForce RTX 40 SUPER graphics cards are expected to be unveiled at the NVIDIA CES 2024 Special Address on January 8, followed by their availability later in the month.
