Yesterday, the company Asus teased its new notebook, which will represent a significant step for Qualcomm. The new notebook, with the model name “S5507”, will contain a Qualcomm Snapdragon X CPU instead of the normal X86 CPU.
Asus emphasizes that this is the first ASUS AI PC of the new era. This is a collaboration between the companies Microsoft, Qualcomm and ASUS and is intended to redefine everything from the ground up in the computer world. However, there are no further details about the new notebook. But customers won’t have to wait much longer for the first details to be revealed, as the Next Level AI Incredible event will take place on May 20, 2024, at 11 a.m. PST (8 p.m. German time).
According to Asus, the new notebook will usher in a new era of ASUS AI PCs by breaking traditional boundaries and harnessing advanced AI capabilities. With comprehensive support for the latest AI capabilities from ASUS and Microsoft, it is designed to deliver and present personalized AI experiences tailored to individual needs.
During the virtual launch event, ASUS Co-CEO S.Y. Hsu will be joined by speakers from Qualcomm and Microsoft. Together, these speakers will provide interesting insights into their contributions to the development of the new generation of ASUS AI PCs and highlight the joint efforts that are said to have made this presented innovation a success.
ASUS joins the ranks of other partners whose notebook lineup includes Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X CPU. Customers can also experience the ASUS AI PC lineup and much more up close. They will be able to experience these products for themselves at this year’s Computex 2024, which will take place in Taipei. The trade fair will take place from June 4, 2024 to June 7, 2024.
