Do you know the AMD Project Quantum 3D fan? This is a very special 3D design that has now been created by fans for the unfortunately never released AMD product codenamed Project Quantum. Even a few years after its announcement, some fans still liked the idea so much that they now simply made their own version.
As a reminder, the Quantum concept PC was designed for AMD’s Fiji GPU series. It was a fully equipped PC with a custom liquid cooler. Without a doubt an ambitious project, but never produced in large numbers. According to AMD, only some of these systems were manufactured for their own employees. So chances are good that one of them will show up on eBay at some point, but as far as we know, that hasn’t been the case yet. Reddit user “stand_up_g4m3r” took on the challenge of simply building his own Quantum. He then published the full 3D STL files for anyone to download. By the way, this project is not officially supported by AMD, which is something you should definitely know since the Quantum design is actually patented.
There are 8 files in total for each part. The files can now be downloaded and previewed on any STL-compatible website.
