Christmas is approaching and people are becoming more generous. Companies, by the way. That's why we are all the more pleased that Sapphire is already giving us a gift before Christmas! What does it mean to us, of course! A fast Sapphire RX 5700 Pulse as the main prize will probably lure everyone behind the oven and for the others there are two great fan packages from Sapphire with many nice items. What this is exactly and what the content looks like, you can of course look at it again in the video!
I ask you to read the conditions of participation carefully, because it prevents any misunderstandings and also protects all those involved from unnecessary trouble. At the request of the community, we do not use an external tool or relevant service providers, but only our own forum. For the raffle from the thread for this sweepstakes, I will extract a lister of all users who have left an entry there. Doublings of the nicks are filtered out, so that the number of posts of a user does not increase their chances of winning. You can read the further details below in the terms and conditions, the rest can be found in the video beforehand:
Conditions
Participation in the competition of igor'sLAB, hereinafter referred to as operator or organiser, is free of charge and is based exclusively on these terms and conditions listed below.
Expiration of the competition and participation
The duration of the competition runs from 17.09.2019, to 27.09.2019, 23.59 o'clock. Within this period, users will be given the opportunity to enter the competition online. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be taken into account in the draw. It is not allowed to participate in the competition with multiple user accounts. It is therefore strictly forbidden to use multiple email addresses/profiles in the forum to increase the chances of winning. Multiple entries, if we notice them, will be excluded from the competition.
Eligible
Natural persons domiciled in Germany and Austria as well as the 14th person are eligible to participate. Have reached age. Participation is voluntary, non-binding and not dependent on the purchase of a good or service. If a participant is restricted in his or her legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.
All persons and employees of the operator and their family members who are involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are not eligible for the competition. In addition, the Operator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to exclude persons from participating if there are legitimate reasons, such as (a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or conduct of the competition, (b) in the event of violations of these Terms and Conditions, (c) in the event of unfair action or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes.
Profit, notification and transmission of the profit

Winners will be determined after the closing date of participation in a random raffle among all participants. The winners of the raffle will be informed of the prize in a timely manner via direct message in the forum. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner or to the legal representative of the minor winner. It is not possible to exchange, collect the cash or pay the prize in cash. Any costs incurred for the dispatch of the winnings will be borne by the operator. Additional costs associated with the use of the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize. If the winner does not register by 05.10.2019 (response to the winner's PN in the forum), we will redraw the relevant prize in the forum.
If the winner fails to register within 5 business days, the prize may be transferred to another participant.
Termination of the competition
The Promoter expressly reserves the right to terminate the Competition without prior notice and without notice of reasons. This applies in particular to any reason that would interfere with or prevent the scheduled running of the competition.
Data protection
In the context of community membership, the provision of certain personal data is necessary for participation in the competition. The participant assures that the information provided by him or her, such as the email address is truthful and correct. The organiser points out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties or made available for use without the consent of the participant.
In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his forum nick. This includes the announcement of the winner on the Operator's website and its social media platforms. The participant may revoke his declared consent in writing at any time. After revocation of consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.
Applicable law
Questions or complaints in connection with the competition must be addressed to the operator. The contact information can be taken from the imprint. The competition of the operator is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The legal action is excluded.
Salvatory clause
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become ineffective in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of these terms and conditions in the remainder. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest economically to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same shall apply in the event of a loophole in these Terms and Conditions.
