According to hardware leaker "chi11eddog", who had previously shared confidential AMD/MSI information, the specifications of the A620 chipset are said to be available. This chipset is an entry-level chipset with AMD AM5 socket for the latest Ryzen 7000 CPU series.
According to the technical specifications, the B620 will not support PCI Express Gen5. This is a downgrade compared to the B650 series, which offers optional Gen5 and standard Gen4 support in its Extreme variant. Just like the B650, 28 CPU PCIe lanes will be available, but only Gen4 support is guaranteed. In addition, the chipset PCIe lanes are reduced from Gen4 to Gen3 compatibility.

Unsurprisingly, the A620 motherboards do not allow CPU overclocking; however, they do support memory OC. This is either manual overclocking support or support for AMD EXPO profiles. It is worth mentioning that some A520 motherboards with AM4 socket supported overclocking via BCLK adjustment, but these entry-level AMD series were never intended for it.

While AMD had announced that AM5 motherboards would eventually cost as little as $125, at the time of writing none of the available B650 motherboards were that cheap. This could finally change with the introduction of the A620 chipset.
