The asymmetric arrangement of the chiplets on one side and the I/O die on the other side of the third-generation Ryzen CPUs has it all. In a first video I had already recorded the heating of the CPU as a top view in a special infrared video, today I build different cooler variants and test them under identical conditions with a large Ryzen R9 3900X. With an interesting result, also for the AiO compact water coolers.
