Restart the event,
give other vendors the same or more time to finish their bioses (give 5 days)
Then hardset the date
And all is fine.
Actually non boardvendor is to blame for the happening.
// ASUS Team was slower because of more events happening in Taipei atm + Computex is soon
But all other Boardvendors are in negatives because a change was accepted.
This is the key issue, reboot the event - event out fairness to all bios developer and everything settles.
Past the event then tackle if this was really needed & outweight harm of reputation for G.Skill by this mistake.
At the very end, the sole intention was to look better and seak for higher clocks. Likely approach was problematic but acceptable
Handling tho is still problematic and ETA should be even out to all Boardvendors now. As simple as that is.
If you give one Vendor more permission's, you have to even it out for everybody. 5 Days more and event restart. Then all is fine again.
I can't undertand how it is soo hard, for such simple fix.
Communication mistake happened, ok normal in industry.
Even it out, give more time , restart event and everything settles.
At the end of the event, person in charge publicly excuse - to preserve Competition makers integrity for further year events.
Is it really soo hard to say:
"I'm sorry we messed up. Due to many events happening at the same time, we missed the huge outcome of this little change.
We evened out the odds for all boardpartners and restarted the event on a later day. Happy competing"
A marketing partner has to be able to say this, the resolve is not that hard
