Question RX 580 8GB Sapphire Pulse - Error 43 on Windows 10

Hi,
I have an RX 580 8GB Sapphire Pulse that worked like a charm even with modded bios.
Today i tried to undervolt it a bit to lower the consumption and after a few seconds the system got stuck and i had to reboot it.
After i reboot it the graphic card wouldn't work, but it get recognized on Win10, although it has an Error 43 on the graphic card properties.
I tried to flash the stock bios, it get flashed, but still get that Error 43.
What can i do to fix it (if it is fixable)?

wrong bios?
in Windows error 43 is when the bios is modded/ not original and the fiz is to use ati_patcher
But if you are sure you flashed the original bios, must be something else

I tried ATI pixel patcher, it didn't work, and I flashed his original bios, the one I dumped from the working card when I bought it.
I also tried to use DDU and reinstall drivers again, but same error code

is there dual bios on the card?
You can try to download original bios from somewhere else (techpowerup database? - https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/197002/sapphire-rx580-8192-171115 ) and compare with current bios
Maybe the flash has failed ?!

When i flash both original and stock bios it says that the flash is successful. It worked perfectly with stock and mod bios until i tried that undervolting.

Btw Gpu-z says it has a Micron memory and this is its serial number
