Frage Rx 5700 xt MECH problems with the memory temperatures.

Hi I got rx 5700 xt mech I mod bios, geting about 54 mh/s on hive os but the memory temperatures are very high, I changed tref in red bios editor on x2 went little down but still not happy with it, do you got any other idea how to lower down the temperature, and power usage ????
my hive os setup is
CORE 1305
VDD 745
VDDCI 660
MVDD 1260
MEM 875

the memory is samsung
