Hi all, first post here. Hoping someone might be able to help me out here.

I did a fresh windows install sunday after windows updated saturday evening leaving my PC an absolute mess. I could barely backup some recent files without it BSODing. So now my issue is that when I launch a game after a few seconds it will just crash to desktop, without an error message. Here are my system specs, built about 2 years ago now.

Reference Design Sapphire Vega 64 + AIO mod
G skills trident Z 2x8gb F4-3200C16D-16GTZB (Memtest came back 0 errors)
Msi B450 Tomahawk (Bios Version 7C02v1H3 also tried 7C02v1E)
Ryzen 3600
Crucial MX500 500GB Boot Drive (Scanned no bad sectors)
Crucial MX500 1000GB Reserve Drive
XPG Sx6000 per 1tb Nvme Drive
EVGA GQ 850 Gold + PSU (Running 2 separate 8-pin PCIE connectors)
CUDY AX3000 Wifi6 PCIE adapter (Bluetooth + Wifi Drivers installed correctly)

What I've tried:
Thinking it might be a GPU issue
AMD driver 21.3.1
AMD driver 21.Q.1
AMD driver 21.2.3
Regardless still CTD without an Error.

Games that ive tried:
Battlefield 5
Witcher 3
GTA 5
Cyberpunk 2077

I have tried verifying game files as well, but makes no difference, I can barely get to the main menu before a crash to desktop occurs.

I've tried Running SFC / SCANNOW with no luck, looking through the event viewer with no luck.
I though maybe it was ram, so I tested each stick with the same default bios settings with this result:
Slot 1, Ram A or Ram B Games CTD
Slot 2, Ram A - Games CTD, IQRL BSOD on shutdown
Slot 3, Ram B - Games CTD, System Service Exception BSOD at shutdown
Slot 4, Ram A - Games CTD, Kernel Security Check Failure BSOD while trying to launch a game

I then looked at updating my bios, thinking perhaps something got corrupted in there. So I flashed the most recent 7C02v1H3 (Beta version) from MSI's site. Previously had 7C02v1E installed. Tried launching my games and still experienced a CTD.

Im currently running memtest86 in bootmode with ram B in slot 1, no errors as of yet.

As for windows + other drivers everything seems to be up to date.
I've tried Windows 10 Education v10.0.21354.1
and Windows 10 Build 19042

Im really lost at what to try next. So if anyone has some recommendations id really appreciate it.

I am thinking something might be wrong with the bios or power states. GPU doesnt seem to want to leave P0 state? Everything looks normal in GPU-Z.
