Frage RX590 Nitro + Mining Settings

I have the Nitro and In just can't get over 21 MHs. I tried Atiflash copying the 1750 String to the 2000 String and flashed the BIOS but it wont Work. The card has hynix memory. Can anybody help me with the settings or the BIOS?
