Hello,
I've increased the PowerLimit and TDCgfx, but it doesn't seem to apply during gaming. The only time it works is when running the Furmark benchmark. I have a 6800xt (drivers 23.9.3) on Windows 11.
I've tried using DDU and the AMD cleanup tool, Fast Startup is disabled, and MPT (presumably MorePowerTool) is launched with administrator privileges.

EDIT: after some help, I have tried under timespy and it draw what I put on MPT, so in game it can draw less, my bad but if someone has the same question it could try time spy to identify if it works or not. thanks
