Question Maximum file size

Dear all. This might be very noob question. I have NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 card. I have saved the BIOS file (.rom) from GPU-Z and I am trying to load it into MorePowerTool. However, I get an error message "maximum file size 1024kb". Can you please advice me what is wrong? The .rom file has around 2000kb.

As far as i know the MorePowerTool is only for AMD.

And due to the fact that nvidia is forcing signed bios there isn‘t really a public Editor tool.
