Two of my Gigabyte RX 5700 XT Gaming OCs are not recognized by my motherboard. They don't show on Windows device manager as well. They were previously used for mining until I stopped my mining rigs on ETH fork and let them sit for a while. When I put them in my Windows machine months later, they no longer work. The Gigabyte logo lights up but I noticed that the white LED near the six-pin connector doesn't come on or flash when I boot the computer up, only the other LED pin on the left near the eight-pin connector does. Are my 5700 XTs dead? Is there hope to revive them? (Photo for reference below)
