Today we have another affordable monitor from the Far East, the Titan Army P2710S. This is the big brother of the P2510S, which I have already presented to you. The P2710S comes with a 27-inch IPS panel and offers a resolution of 2560 x 1440p with a refresh rate of 240 Hz. The built-in panel has an RGB subpixel layout and offers 10 bits (8 2 FRC). A note at this point: The 10 bits are only available up to 165 Hz (1440p 165 Hz Full RGB). If you want to use the 240 Hz, you will unfortunately only get 8 bits (1440p 240 Hz Full RGB). Why is that? Titan Army uses DisplayPort 1.4, but without DSC.
The other technical data will follow, but as always, we’ll start with the packaging.
The packaging itself is very inconspicuous from the outside, which I personally find very good. The letter carrier doesn’t need to know what you’re getting delivered in detail.
Unfortunately, the interior is dominated by plastic (polystyrene). With an RRP of 270 dollars, you probably shouldn’t expect more.
The technical data is linked as a PDF and was provided to me by Titan Army. If you want to know more, you should go to the Titan Army homepage: Click here!

P2710S Specifications
The monitor is mainly interesting in terms of price, as I was able to find the monitor here in Europe for less than 200 euros. You really get something for your money. Let’s take a closer look at the workmanship, connections, scope of delivery and OSD on the next page.
