Today we take a look at a monitor that is typically used in the office or home office, the EIZO FlexScan EV3450XC. A 34-inch curved (3800 mm radius) ultrawide monitor – with an IPS panel – that boasts a resolution of 3440 x 1440p and a refresh rate of 60 Hz. At this point, it should already be clear that the monitor is not at home in gaming. However, since not all readers here are exclusively gamers, but also have to earn their living somehow, this monitor may suit the tastes of entrepreneurs or the self-employed.
Let’s start with the packaging, which in my opinion is quite generous.
A lot of emphasis was placed on cardboard packaging and the volume of the packaging is almost exaggeratedly large. Inside, too, you will only find cardboard packaging – very good!
As always, I have linked the technical data in the article and if you want to take a look at EIZO’s homepage: Click here!

Here, too, there is a lot that we will be looking at today. Of course, I also measure the pixel response times and latencies. The topic of response times and latencies will not be the focus today and I will not include them in the comparison overview. The EV3450XC is not a gaming monitor, I can state that up front. You will see that later on. Today it’s more about the color accuracy and the functionality that you need in the office these days. Keywords such as KVM switch, docking station, webcam etc. are the focus today. Now we start with the workmanship and features – next page.
