When you read about NZXT, you might think of the popular Kraken AiO water cooling or the boxy cases. But input peripherals? The company now wants to fill this gap and introduces a keyboard with various variants as well as a matching mouse. Today we’ll first take a look at the retail keyboard with the “Function” as well as a discarded concept as a bonus, the mouse will follow shortly.
Packaging and scope of delivery
The general design, which is already known from the other products of this manufacturer, is also retained here. A largely white cardboard presents large in content on the front, the edges form a strong contrast in NZXT purple, and the details are presented on the back.
In the box there is another one that asks us to create extraordinary things before revealing its contents. During transport to us, the keyboard is protected by a plastic cover.
Besides the NZXT Function itself, a USB-C cable, keycap puller and tool for removing the metal switches are also included.
Thanks to the hotswap PCB, these can be freely swapped, but more about that later.
