The settings
Here are the key timings set automatically for each frequency by the MSI Z370 Gaming Pro Carbon, the MSI X470 Gaming Plus and the Asus ROG X370-F Gaming. The values in italics correspond to those used by the "Try It!" (MSI) and "Ai Tuner" (Asus) optimized timings. The manual timings that we have taken directly from the XMP latency in ns are written in bold.
It should be noted, however, that annoyingly some timings are not automatically adjusted by the motherboards when the RAM frequency is reduced. This behavior becomes a problem for some kits with XMP profiles (but only) for the highest possible clock frequency. At the lower frequencies, however, the automatically applied timings are far too relaxed to annoy us in any way.

** CAS 13 and 15 settings are not possible. Even if they are set in the UEFI, CAS 14 and 16 are used
At this frequency I had to press the SoC voltage to 1.2V to use both banks
