With kindness the theme misses
We were actually expecting something different, also from personal experience. In response to our question, however, we received a very nicely worded text module e-mail, in which we were already regarded as customers – the real concern then unfortunately no longer played a role in the answer.
We were a little baffled about how to look so elegantly and consistently past a customer league that we were already thrilled again. Is there even a compliant offer behind the account caper? Unfortunately, we cannot check it, because we did not want to send a copy of the press card.
Did an employee smell clever Lunte here or is there any information only when you become a member? We decided to consider the attempt to be a failure and thus place the mail in the leporello of the failures.

No, we didn’t want to buy this carpet. It is laudable that commercial customers are treated exclusively – no question. It was also the only shop that immediately sent us a free service number. So far, so laudable. But in addition to a deliberate good care, we would at least have liked to see an attempt to answer our questions. And so we feel as misunderstood as a toddler who actually wants to be lifted onto the potty with a pressing bubble and instead gets the next full bottle handed out kindly but determinedly.
The shop itself has one of the best layouts with exemplary article descriptions and technical details. Where you can only find copied press texts in some of the advertisers, Alternate has a clearly structured tabular form, which is repeatedly filled with data according to a fixed scheme. For this, our compliments, because the comparability between the products gains enormously – only the EuP/ErP-conformity nobody thought here, therefore also no “very good”. It is a pity, because retrofits and retrofitters in particular would need such information, because this shop also contains non-compliant power supplies and boards in the portfolio. Please improve.
