BIWIN with more speed and capacity. RAM and NAND for all

At Computex 2025, BIWIN, an established manufacturer of storage solutions, presented a range of new products that are geared towards current requirements in the field of high-performance computing and professional applications.

With the X570 PRO and X570 models, BIWIN presented two SSDs that use the PCIe 5.0 standard. The X570 PRO achieves sequential read speeds of up to 14,000 MB/s and write speeds of up to 13,000 MB/s. It uses a 6 nm controller with eight channels and has a DRAM cache of up to 4 GB. The X570, on the other hand, uses a DRAM-less design with a host memory buffer (HMB) and dynamic SLC cache and achieves read speeds of up to 14,500 MB/s

BIWIN also presented DDR5 modules from the DW100 series, including the OC Lab Gold Edition Kit with 192 GB (4×48 GB). These modules are available in DDR5-6400 CL30 and DDR5-6000 CL28 variants and are aimed at applications with high memory requirements, such as AI computing and data-intensive workloads.

For mobile applications, BIWIN presented the Amber PR2000 Portable SSD, which offers read speeds of up to 2000 MB/s and write speeds of up to 1800 MB/s via USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 interface. The SSD is protected against water and dust in accordance with IP67 and is available in capacities of up to 8 TB. In addition, CFexpress 4.0 cards of the types CA400 and CB500 were introduced, which are designed for professional video recording at high bit rates.

The memory solutions presented were demonstrated in various system configurations, including platforms from ASUS, MSI and ASRock. The compatibility of the DDR5 modules with different mainboards was emphasized, whereby the systems were operated with activated XMP profiles.

With these product presentations, BIWIN underlines its focus on performance-oriented memory solutions for different application areas.
