Aoostar recently showed that a powerful NAS doesn’t just have to come from the big and well-known manufacturers. But even in the niche of “normal” mini PCs, people boast impressive technical data on paper. So let’s check whether all of this has actually been realized.

Packaging and scope of delivery
The compact little box is mostly black and has a very simple design. A sticker on the back at least provides some information about the contents.
Even without the box around it, sufficient protection has been provided. A layer of foam all around hopefully absorbs all the shocks on the way to you.
Fortunately, the accessories are a little more extensive today.
In addition to a 120 watt USB-C power supply of the type HuntKey HKA12019063-0A3, HDMI cable and combined wall and VESA mount, rubber feet of different heights and two passive coolers for M.2 SSDs are also included. Nice!
Specifications
Here is a technical overview of the two available variants and a comparison with the predecessor. Further information can be found on the manufacturer’s product page.
