When it comes to OLED monitors, there are currently two topics that I think everyone is talking about. Firstly, the overrated burn-in risk and secondly, of course, the usually far too high price. The AOC AGON Pro AG276QZD2 could turn out to be a big seller here, as it currently only costs around EUR 530. Some time ago, you paid at least the same amount of money for an IPS monitor that was less than convincing when it came to HDR.
The AG276QZD2 boasts a QD-OLED panel and a resolution of 2560 x 1440p, 10-bit color depth and 240 Hz refresh rate. Watch out, because there is also the AG276QZD. It basically has the same specs, but the AG276QZD has a WOLED panel from LG. In terms of price, this shouldn’t really make a difference. In terms of color volume – especially in HDR – I would prefer the QD OLED panel. But that remains a matter of taste. If you’re interested in the AG276QZD, I’ve linked the review by my colleague Tim from Monitors Unboxed on the last page.
Let’s start with the packaging:
The letter carrier knows directly what you are getting. Unless the seller wraps the packaging in black foil?
A mix of cardboard is then used on the inside. I like that very much.
As always, the technical data is linked as a PDF. But it’s worth taking a look at the AOC homepage: Click here!
