Hello what are the reasons that cause SPPT to not apply, i currenly have rx 6800m laptop version and i have to reduce the GFX max frequency in order to remove throttling, i really need help, before formatting windows i was able to change SPPT as i like but after re-installing windows it stopped working, help please
