Question GPU detected dead - spike in SOC MHZ

I got random GPU detected dead errors on my 5700 XT rig and I can see thr SOC MHZ rising to 1086 from 950 on this gpus before the error:



In this case GPU 1 was crashing shortly after - can someone tell me what I need to change?

I had a lot of problems getting my 5700 / xt rig stable with TRM after B-mode was introduced. You can see this under "ETH Cfg" in your log above. Most of the advice on this forum as been for TRM with A-mode, but the new default of B-mode with power saving changes a lot of the settings.
I've tried for weeks to get it stable.

My cards tend to fluctuate between 950-1266 Mhz SoC and it can be stable sometimes for days, but other times I can get 5 random crashes in a few hours, without changing any settings.

It is possible to limit the SoC in HiveOS overclock settings, not sure about Windows.
